Often times, an individual may be suffering from symptoms resulting from the stress of a serious chronic condition or life-limiting illness. Priority House Calls provides compassionate medical care that focuses on the comfort and relief from such physical and mental symptoms. We will work together to find a therapy to help improve your quality of life.
COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL EXAMS
Comprehensive physical assessment and review of medical history to help identify any possible medical signs or symptoms of a new or pre-existing medical condition.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT & PRESCRIPTIONS
Prescription medications and full oversight to ensure they are being taken properly in order to achieve the intended therapy goals. Full and ongoing review at each visit to improve adherence, safety, and improve outcomes.
IN-HOME LABS & DIAGNOSTICS
Arrange for mobile services to obtain blood work and common diagnostic exams to be conveniently and safely done in your own home.

ABOUT MY APPROACH
As a Board-Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - I aim to support you in your overall wellness. Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients at all levels of health. During my 12 years as a bedside nurse, I have seen patients during their most vulnerable moments as well as delighted in their achievement of full recovery. I enjoy helping patients find their optimal wellness by developing a comprehensive medical routine personalized to their health needs. Through medical home visits, I am able to see an individual in the comfort, safety, and familiarity of their own home while providing healthcare that may otherwise be difficult to obtain. House calls provides those who have difficulty getting to an office with the professional medical care and oversight they need. Together we can identify your medical needs and develop a care plan that will help you reach your optimal health and overall well-being.

Jennifer Ayrey, MSN, A-APRN, AGNP-C, CDP
I am Board-Certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with over twelve years of practical nursing experience and over four years as a Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Central Florida graduating Summa cum laude. I completed my Masters degree in Nursing from Maryville University in 2016. I am Board-Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, a member of the Florida Association of Nurse Practitioners, and a Certified Dementia Provider.
Since 2017, I have been delivering quality medical care to home-bound patients in the safety and comforts of their own home. This is where I have find the most reward. I opened Priority House Calls, LLC in 2020 and received my Autonomous Practice license from the State of Florida. I feel home-based medical care is a service that is greatly needed – especially now with the global health concerns - but highly under-utilized. It is my goal to expand these services throughout Brevard County, Florida. Using a holistic approach, I aim to fulfill the needs of my community by providing quality, compassionate, individualized, and comprehensive medical care with a patient-centered mindset. I have a diverse background in health promotion, disease prevention, acute and chronic care management, and health education. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired health-related goals so that you can live a happier and healthier life.
Florida contains one of the largest populations of adults age 65 and older in the United States. Through our specialized training, the Home Centered Care Champions help spread awareness of HBPC within their communities, serve as mentors and educate the public using HCCI resources, tools, and curriculum.
